35 kV油浸式配电变压器噪声与振动测试 ∗

摘要:配电变压器振动与噪声问题日益凸出,研究配电变压器振动与噪声特性对其振动与噪声控制具有重要
意义。该文以一台 35 kV/800 kVA 油浸式配电变压器为研究对象,对不同激励电压作用下配电变压器铁心振
动、油箱振动以及噪声进行测试。测试结果表明:配电变压器铁心、油箱振动与噪声具有相似频谱特征,均表现
出以 100 Hz、200 Hz 为主要峰值的频谱特征;随着激励电压增加,变压器振动及噪声水平明显增大;变压器油
箱振动值大于铁心,侧面振动水平较高,油箱正面和顶面振动水平略低。测试结果准确地反映配电变压器铁心
与油箱的振动与噪声特性,对于其噪声振动控制具有参考价值。

Noise and vibration test of 35 kV oil-immersed distribution transformer

Abstract: The vibration and noise problems of distribution transformers are increasingly prominent. Study-
ing the vibration and noise characteristics of distribution transformers is significance for noise control. A
35 kV/800 kVA oil-immersed distribution transformer is used as the research object. The core vibration, tank
vibration and noise of distribution transformer are tested under different excitation voltages. The test results
show that core vibration, tank vibration and noise of distribution transformer have similar spectrum character-
istics, all of them exhibit spectrum characteristics with 100 Hz and 200 Hz as the main peaks. As the excitation
voltage increases, the transformer vibration and noise levels increase significantly. The vibration value of the
transformer oil tank is higher than that of the iron core, the vibration level of the front and top surfaces of
the oil tank is slightly lower. The test results accurately reflect the vibration and noise characteristics of the
distribution transformer core and oil tank, which have a reference value for its noise and vibration control.
