超声波流量计的压电换能器动态性能一致性研究 ∗

摘要:超声流量计的关键组成部分是压电换能器,其性能指标决定流量计的计量准确性和稳定性。针对没有
关于换能器匹配性技术指标的规范与标准这一问题,提出一种基于动态时间规整的换能器一致性评估方法,
并进行快速配对研究。该方法通过回波信号时间序列的规整路径距离,进行换能器动态性能一致性评估,可
以高效地实现换能器动态特性分析。水流量测量实验结果表明:通过动态时间规整算法计算得出的规整路
径距离越小,配对的换能器一致性越高,零流量时的顺逆流传播时间差最大可减小到 0.3 ns,零流量读数小
于 ±0.01 m/s,小流量重复性优于 0.2%,满足 1.5 级精度标准,验证了该方法的可行性,满足了实际工程应用
的需要。

Abstract: The key component of the ultrasonic flowmeter is the piezoelectric transducer, whose performance
index determines the metering accuracy and stability of the flowmeter. In order to solve the problem that
there is no specification and standard for transducer matching, a method of transducer consistency evaluation
based on dynamic time warping (DTW) is proposed, and a fast matching study is carried out. By using the
regular path distance of the echo signal time series, the dynamic performance consistency of the transducer can
be evaluated, and the dynamic characteristics of the transducer can be analyzed efficiently. The experimental
results of water flow measurement show that: The smaller the distance of the regular path calculated by DTW
algorithm, the higher the consistency of the paired transducer, the maximum time difference of upstream and
downstream propagation at zero flow rate can be reduced to 0.3 ns, the zero flow reading is less than ±0.01 m/s,
and the repeatability of small flow rate is better than 0.2%, meeting the 1.5 level accuracy standard, which
verifies the feasibility of this method. It meets the needs of practical engineering applications.
