薄膜型声学超材料的发展与展望 ∗

摘要:声学超材料以可引导和控制声波反射、透射和吸收能力,在声学领域受到广泛关注。薄膜型声学超材料
是声学超材料的一个重要分支。薄膜型声学超材料因其轻质、成本低、易加工并且能够在低频段产生理想的降
噪效果,成为了当前声学超材料的主要研究方向之一。该文综述了薄膜型声学超材料在隔声等方面的研究进
展,从薄膜理论模型建立和薄膜参数化分析出发,论述了薄膜型声学超材料基础理论及性能研究,重点介绍了
不同薄膜结构的设计及其与不同隔声技术的结合,并对薄膜型声学超材料进行了总结与展望。

Abstract: Acoustic metamaterials, which can guide and control acoustic reflection, transmission and absorp-
tion, have received extensive attention in the field of acoustics. The membrane-type acoustic metamaterials is
an important branch of acoustic metamaterials. Membrane-type acoustic metamaterials have become one of
the main research directions of acoustic metamaterials because of their light weight, low cost, easy processing
and ability to produce an ideal noise reduction effect in low frequency band. This paper reviews the research
progress of membrane-type acoustic metamaterials in sound insulation and other aspects. Based on the theoret-
ical model and parametric analysis of membrane-type acoustic metamaterials, the basic theory and properties
of membrane-type acoustic metamaterials are discussed, with emphasis on the design of different membrane-
type acoustic metamaterials structures and their integration with different sound insulation techniques. This
paper also summarizes and prospects the membrane-type acoustic metamaterials.
