不同叶顶间隙对泵喷推进器流噪声特性的影响 ∗

摘要:泵喷推进器叶顶间隙区域存在复杂的涡系结构,而叶顶间隙的大小会直接影响该处涡系分布,从而影
响流场和流噪声特性。为揭示叶顶间隙大小对泵喷流场和流噪声的影响规律,本文基于分离涡模拟与 Ffowcs
Williams-Hawkings (FW-H) 方程,研究了不同叶顶间隙泵喷推进器的流场分布以及流噪声的频谱特征。远场
流噪声数值计算通过两个步骤实现:首先,在包含所有声源的近场区域内,使用分离涡模拟方法计算流场信息;
然后,使用基于可穿透面的 FW-H 方法计算远场噪声。结果表明,叶顶间隙增大,泵喷推进器推力系数和推进
效率下降;改变叶顶间隙可以改变泵喷推进器流噪声在叶片通过频率处的声压级大小;随着叶顶间隙增大,流
噪声总声级先减小后增大,与导管内压力脉动源级的变化规律相符合。

Effects of different tip clearances on the flow noise characteristics of
pumpjet propeller

Abstract: The tip clearance region of pumpjet propulsors exhibits a complex vortex structure, and the size
of the tip clearance directly affects the vortex distribution, thereby affecting the flow field and flow noise
characteristics. In order to reveal the influence of the tip clearance size on the flow field and flow noise of
pumpjet propulsors, this study investigates the flow field distribution and the spectral characteristics of flow
noise from pumpjet propulsors with various blade tip clearances based on detached eddy simulation (DES)
and the Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings (FW-H) equation. The numerical calculation of far-field noise is achieved
through two steps: initially, the flow field information is computed within the near-field region containing all
noise sources using the DES method; subsequently, the far-field noise is calculated using the FW-H method
based on a permeable surface. The results indicate that as the blade tip clearance increases, there is a decrease
in the thrust coefficient and propulsion efficiency of the pumpjet propulsor. Modifying the blade tip clearance
can alter the sound pressure level at the blade passing frequency of the flow noise from the pumpjet propulsor.
