                     钢筋混凝土锈蚀损伤软接触模型的非线性

                摘要:将软接触模型结合超声导波检测技术,可解决钢筋混凝土结构锈蚀早期识别难的问题。然而,目前缺少
                以层状锈蚀为基础的软接触模型及相关参数的确定方法与实验证明。该文将钢筋的锈胀问题简化为一个均匀
                的层状平面模型,并确立了整个锈胀过程中层表面接触压力与刚度;使用颗粒接触模型建立了锈蚀程度和超
                声导波非线性部分之间的关系;在数值分析时将锈蚀接触问题简化为一个软接触模型,并通过对比分析得到
                软接触中各参数和锈蚀程度之间的关系;通过理论分析与有限元计算及实验验证的方法证明了所提出方法的
                有效性。在软接触模型得到的结果中,超声导波的非线性系数变化趋势和理论计算及实验结果一致。通过理
                论计算推导出二阶非线性系数和接触力之间的关系,得到一种基于非线性超声导波的钢筋混凝土早期锈蚀识
                别方法,该方法对基于软接触模型的钢筋混凝土结构锈蚀损伤的识别是有效的。

                  The nonlinear ultrasonic guided waves detection of corrosion damage in
                                 reinforced concrete based on soft contact model

                 Abstract: In reinforced concrete (RC) structures, the early detection of rebar corrosion is challenging. Com-
                 bining soft contact model with ultrasonic guided wave detection techniques can address this issue. However,
                 the method lacks experimental validation and a systematic approach to determine the relevant parameters. In
                 this paper, a uniform plane mechanical model is introduced to establish the relationship between various states
                 of rebar corrosion expansion and layer-surface contact pressures. On the basis of this model, a soft pressure-
                 dependent contact 2D finite element model is utilized to simulate the local corrosion layer. Theoretical methods
                 demonstrate the consistency between the two models, and a comparison of finite element and experimental
                 results validates the theoretical framework. Both sets of results indicate a continuous trend in the nonlinear
                 coefficient of ultrasonic guided waves. The relationship between contact force and the second-order non-
                 linear coefficient is derived through theoretical calculations. A method for detecting early corrosion in reinforced
