航站楼值机大厅声环境对旅客视觉搜索的影响 ∗

摘要:在航站楼等交通枢纽中快速有效地识别环境信息并到达目的地对于旅客尤为重要,但由于注意力竞争
的存在,这一过程通常容易受到声环境的影响。该研究旨在探索不同声源类型与声压级对航站楼值机大厅中
旅客视觉搜索的任务表现与主观评价的影响。研究发现,被试的视觉搜索绩效受声压级的影响显著,随着声压
级的增加,被试的实验用时增加,正确率下降,声压级超过 55 dBA 时,正确率显著下降。旅客烦恼度受声压级
与声源类型的影响显著,65 dBA 是烦恼度增加的转折点,在交谈声下烦恼度最高。此外,被试的平均注视时
长、任务表现与主观评价存在显著的性别差异。该研究有助于了解值机大厅声环境的影响,为旅客提供具有支
持性的声环境。

Abstract: Efficiently and swiftly identifying environmental information and reaching the destination is partic-
ularly critical for passengers in transportation hubs like airports. However, due to attention competition, this
process is easily influenced by the surrounding acoustic environment. This study aims to explore the impact of
different types of sound sources and sound pressure levels on the task performance and subjective evaluations
of visual search in check-in halls in airport terminals. The results revealed that participants’ visual search
performance was significantly affected by sound pressure levels. As the sound pressure level increased, partici-
pants’ experiment duration increased, and accuracy decreased. As the sound pressure level exceeds 55 dBA,
there is a significant decrease in accuracy. Annoyance was significantly influenced by both sound pressure
levels and types of sound sources, increasing with the rise in sound pressure levels. 65 dBA was identified as the
turning point for the evaluation of annoyance, with the highest annoyance evaluated under conversation noise.
