矩形梁式前副车架车型车内轰鸣的优化

摘要:针对某矩形梁式前副车架车型匀速和加速行驶时的车内轰鸣问题进行了分析和优化。对激励源和传递
路径的测试和分析结果表明,动力总成的激励通过悬置传递到副车架上,而副车架的模态与车内空腔模态耦
合导致了车内严重轰鸣。通过优化动力总成悬置系统减小动力总成对副车架的激励,以及在副车架上安装动
力吸振器的两种方案能有效减小车内轰鸣,改善车内噪声水平。

Optimization of the booming noise of a vehicle with a rectangle
front sub-frame

Abstract: Analysis and optimization were carried out on the booming noise during cruise and acceleration
of a vehicle equipped with a rectangle front sub-frame system. The investigation of the excitation source and
transfer path showed that, the excitation of powertrain transferred though the mount to the front sub-frame,
and the couple of the front sub-frame system mode with the interior cavity mode led to the serious booming
noise in the cabin at both acceleration and cruise condition. By optimization of the mounting system and
using a dynamic damper mounted on sub-frame, the booming noise was reduced effectively, and the NVH
performance was greatly improved.
