多通道FxAP算法的电动汽车路噪控制 ∗

摘要:汽车噪声控制是主动噪声控制领域中经典的问题。伴随着电动化的普及,路噪控制将取代内燃机噪声
控制,逐渐成为汽车噪声控制的主要领域。针对传统车内路噪控制系统适应性差、算法收敛速度慢、降噪量不
足的问题,该文使用了多通道滤波 -x 仿射投影 (FxAP) 算法加快收敛速度,从而实现对噪声的快速追踪并控
制。通过搭建了车内多通道头靠噪声控制系统进行实车实验,结果表明,在 70 km/h 车速行驶情况下,使用
FxAP 算法的头靠系统使电动汽车副驾驶乘客双耳处 500 Hz 以下的总声压级平均降低了 8.3 dB。该头靠系统
在电动汽车路噪控制方面有借鉴意义。

Multi-channel active road noise control in electrical vehicles based on
FxAP algorithm

Abstract: Road noise control in electric vehicles is an important application of active noise control (ANC).
With the popularization of automobile electrification, road noise control will replace internal combustion engine
noise control. The traditional noise reduction algorithms have a poor adaptability, slow convergence speed and
bad noise reduction. To solve this problem, a multi-channel filtered-x affine projection (FxAP) algorithm to
track and deduct noise in real-time is proposed in this paper. The performance of the proposed method is
compared with other adaptive ANC algorithms based on the data captured from real vehicles on road. Real-
time multi-channel experiment is also conducted to verify the proposed method. As the results show, when
the car is drove at a speed of 70 km/h, the total sound pressure level (SPL) at the ear positions is reduced by
8.3 dB under 500 Hz on average owing to the active headrest system with the proposed FxAP algorithm. The
system shows prospective value in vehicle NVH research and applications, especially on road noise control.
