                          森林公园声景对心理恢复效益的影响

                               ——以福州国家森林公园为例                                             ∗

                摘要:声景是森林公园恢复性环境的重要组成部分。该研究以福州国家森林公园为例,其 20 个森林公园环境
                视听视频为研究材料 (有声视频和无声视频各 10 个),借助短版修订恢复量表和声景感知评价问卷探究森林公
                园声景对心理恢复效益的影响。结果表明:不同森林公园环境心理恢复效益不同,在综合恢复性评价、认知和
                行为维度上有显著差异;除谈话声和儿童嬉戏声较突出的样地 (S5) 外,视听组合刺激促进心理恢复的能力均
                比单一视觉刺激强;声景感知与综合恢复性评价及情感、认知和行为维度的最优尺度回归模型具有统计学意
                义,鸟鸣声、蝉鸣声、流水声等自然声是心理恢复效益的重要预测变量,对心理恢复有积极影响。基于研究结果
                提出森林公园恢复性声景设计策略,为森林公园恢复性声环境的优化设计提供参考思路。

                       The effect of soundscape in forest park on psychological benefits
                             —Taking Fuzhou National Forest Park as an example

                 Abstract: Soundscape is an important part of the restorative environment in forest parks. Taking Fuzhou
                 National Forest Park as an example, and 20 environmental audio-visual videos of the forest park were used
                 as research materials (10 audio videos and 10 silent videos respectively) in this study. In order to explore the
                 effects of soundscape on mental health benefits, the short-version revised restoration scale and the soundscape
                 perception evaluation questionnaire were adopted. The results showed that: the different environments of the
                 forest park had different psychological benefits. There were significant differences in comprehensive recovery
                 evaluation, cognitive and behavioral dimensions. The ability of audio-visual combined stimulation to promote
                 psychological recovery was stronger than that of single visual stimulation, except for the sample site (S5)
                 where the sound of conversation and children’s play were more outstanding. The optimal scale regression
                 models of soundscape perception and comprehensive recovery evaluation, emotional, cognitive and behavioral
                 dimensions were statistically significant. Natural sounds, such as birdsong, cicada song and running water,
                 were important predictors of psychological recovery, and had a positive effect on psychological recovery. Based
                 on the research results, the design strategy of forest park restorative sound environment was proposed, which
                 provided a reference for the optimization design of forest park restorative sound environment.
